Through six weeks of guided microdosing, she was able to pinpoint the specific thoughts and behaviors fueling her anxiety, tracing them back to a childhood incident that had long dictated her response to stressful situations. This journey not only alleviated her anxiety but also brought to light the profound influence of childhood experiences on our adult lives.
